Booking and Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of at least £10 is required to secure your booking. Your session is not confirmed until the deposit has been received. The remaining balance is due on the day of your session.
 

Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please provide at least 24 hour notice. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new date at my discretion. Failure to attend your session without notice may result in loss of your deposit.

Parent/Carer Presence 

For all children sessions under the age of 16, a parent or responsible carer must be present at all times during the session. This is for the safety and wellbeing of your child.
 

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your session. Late arrivals may result in a shorter session to avoid impacting other bookings. If you are significantly late, your session may need to be rescheduled.

Session Information

Sessions are tailored to your needs; however, outcomes may vary depending on cooperation, particularly with children and babies. For newborn sessions, I will always work at your baby's pace to ensure a safe and comfortable environment.

Image Delivery

All images will be delivered via a private online gallery. This allows you to download, share and print your images. Turnaround times will be discussed at the time of your booking.

Additional Images 

Packages included a set number of images. Additional images can be purchased at £2.50 per image.

Mobile Sessions

Most sessions can be carried out at a location of your choice. Mobile Sessions will incur an additional fuel charge depending on distance. 

Health and Safety

The safety of all clients, especially newborns and children, is my priority. I reserve the right to stop or adjust any pose or setup if I feel it is unsafe.
